Senior Digital Audience Manager is a multifaceted role. On one hand you will drive the technology and capability investments required to bring the digital strategy to life. On the other hand, you will be evangelising and arming commercial and sales teams with audience data to help the business to make money!

The role sits within a small, dynamic team but is highly autonomous. In this role, you will work with the technology team to develop requirements and instrument enhancements across all digital touchpoints, partner with agencies to leverage their expertise across new and existing projects, and work closely with vendors to ensure the business extracts full value from its marketing technology investments. You will be the on-the-ground lead for all things digital audience related. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Head of Digital with the development and rollout of the audience monetisation strategy.
  • Develop business cases for marketing technology investment and demonstrate ROI.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and programs of work to support the digital strategy.
  • Work with analytics, technology, product and marketing teams to define requirements in order to support the enhancement of the business's digital customer experience.
  • Work with the chosen CDP, DMP, and other related customer technology platforms, you will execute targeted campaigns across all digital properties - web, app and connected tvs. 
  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities and approaches to lift customer experience. Build reporting dashboards with the chosen web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics.
  • Scope, build and analyse test-and-learn campaigns to incrementally improve the digital customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to optimise the setup and performance of the digital, marketing and advertising technology ecosystems.
  • Manage agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to business outcomes. Work collaboratively across the business, understanding the needs and considerations of various teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years working in digital, must have expertise across data and technology.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, specifically digital analytics, experimentation, personalisation and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in advertising technology and related platforms, primarily around CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs and Ad Servers.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across internal, agency and software vendors.
  • Strong commercial acumen. Ability to lead conversations around monetization with senior stakeholers.
  • Experience in driving business and customer use cases powered by data and technology.
  • Excellent team leadership skills (your team loves you!). Ability to articulate a vision and galvanize a team.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Keen interest in media.
