Strategic Account Consultant

Venntifact has partnered with a fast-growing customer engagement technology company with offices in major cities globally. 

They are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to join their Sydney office in a newly created role due to rapid expansion. For the right person, work sponsorship may be considered. 

About The Role

You will be responsible for owning the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle, on-boarding new clients and rapidly driving them to realise a fast time-to-value from their investment in the platform.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be tasked with the following;

  • Be the face of the company and primary relationship owner for your customers
  • Build strong relationships with your customers as a trusted advisor
  • Help your customers to realize ROI by working with them to build and support a comprehensive Success Plan in furtherance of their marketing and CRM strategies
  • Help drive early adoption, setting KPIs and success metrics for ROI.
  • Be a thought leader for your customers, analyzing use-cases and recommending market/vertical best practices to enhance client marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to empower and train customers to use the platform’s powerful features as efficiently as possible.
  • Support and advocate day-to-day inquiries and requests to support efficiency and value from onboarding to ongoing
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for strategy, product training, and non-technical support questions

To be considered for this role, you will need to cover off the following:

  • 5+ years demonstrable customer success experience in a related area, for example marketing, mobile marketing, implementation, working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts
  • You have technical domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs or Programming
  • Good communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • You’re known for being a good collaborator and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm throughout the onboarding engagement
  • You are a problem solver, with a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills.
