As an experienced Head of CX Optimisation, you understand the martech and adtech ecosystem, how it comes together to impact customer experience and conversion. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will use your data analyst and customer experience backgrounds to guide our clients to identifying, recommending and designing solutions to improve their Customer Journey & Experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong grasp of ROI partnering your empathy for customer experience with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for always-on iterative testing. This role is client facing and you will need to be a skilled communicator, being an advocate to both your clients and colleagues. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Have full ownership and accountability for the successful execution of key client projects by achieving or exceeding KPI targets.
  • Drive strategy for our clients within CX, Experience Optimsation & Personalisation
  • Create high-quality, comprehensive client deliverables such as customer journey maps, project strategy decks, data analyses, and weekly/monthly reports
  • Design and deliver customer journey maps and integrated channel strategies to drive personalised customer experiences
  • Lead ideation and prioritisation workshops for CRO & Personalisation initiatives
  • Analyse results and identify success metrics, conduct post-test analysis and effectively communicate these findings to clients
  • Facilitate and lead client progress meetings during which you will report results, make recommendations, and assist clients in understanding the chosen strategies and what available information was used to aid in strategic decisions
  • Design end to end campaigns, from display ads to on-site relevancy to a Lead Nurture campaign
  • Use creative thinking, consulting, data analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver strategic opportunities
  • Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Growing and maintaining knowledge of of client industries and digital marketing, technology solutions and participate in decision making.
  • Participate in recruitment and hiring activities, as necessary.
  • Document execution best practice methodologies and share your knowledge and learnings on testing usage. 

Skills/Experience Guidelines

  • Minimum of 10+ years of Digital Strategy, CX Optimisation or CX experience.
  • Successful experience in a similar role with an Agency or Consultancy preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of tools in a marketing or adtech ecosystem 
  • Experience in Product Management looking at the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation through to execution
  • Hands-on experience working with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop tests (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc).
  • Advanced understanding of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of conversion & experimentation best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects.
  • Effective communicator to lead client workshops, market test ideas and influence test-related decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention.
  • Broad knowledge of online marketing concepts and understands best practices for UI and UX play across landing pages, applications, mobile and desktop.
  • You are comfortable working directly with clients, both business and technical stakeholders, to solve problems.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
